摘要
Assembly of nanoparticles is a current topic in nanocrystal research for the potential applications deriving from the collective properties aroused from such complex structures. In this paper, we highlight recent achievements on the assembly behavior of differently shaped nanocrystals by means of a pi-pi conjugated interaction. The rational choice of organic molecules supplied in the reaction pot is found to be an important requisite for the formation of highly crystalline materials assembled into fascinating superlattices on a micrometer length scale. The as-obtained networks show intriguing properties exploitable in various technological fields.
