Modelling of deformation behaviour of amorphous foils of alloys on the basis of NiTi in vicinities of glass-transition temperature

摘要
The amorphous and nanocrystalline structures lead to an unique set of characteristic properties; for instance, amorphous alloys exhibit excellent mechanical properties-high strength (the same as for nanocrystalline alloys) and elastic limit, high shaping ability near the glass-transition temperature that allows to form the product shape of many multicomponent amorphous alloys with a large supercooled-liquid region by means of this phenomenon for different engineering applications.). The main advantages of a model at issue are determining correlation between the heterogeneous structure, temperature, deformation rate and deformation behaviour of the amorphous and amorphous/nanocrystalline alloys in the supercooled liquid state. New approach based on the laws of the viscous-liquid flow and called `hydrodynamic of heterogeneous viscous liquids' is developed for NiTi-based amorphous melt-spun ribbons. Crucial parameter for the correlation between the microstructure and deformation behaviour, i.e. cluster dimension, is determined.
