摘要
China is one of the countries that has abundant wind power resources. It has been estimated that in our country, the available onshore wind power resource is 253 million kW, while the offshore resource on the sea is even bigger, about 750 million kW. Since China has reformed and opened up to improve its energy structure, the development and application of wind power has been thriving. Coastal provinces, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang and other places are all planning and building large-scale wind power farms, and more than 80 have been completed. The high degree of instability of wind power, however, results in the sharp and random fluctuations of wind power current, which seriously restricts the proportion of wind power in the power grid. The less-than-10% proportion of wind power, which, so far, countries have not been able to exceed, has become. a worldwide problem. Our specific national conditions determine that China's wind power market must take the road of diversified development while, at the same time, pursuing and exploring the development and practice of non-grid-connected wind power systems under our national conditions. In 1986, the concept of non-grid-connected wind power was first introduced by Professor Gu Weidong. Through 20 years of development and practice, we have made some initial success and formed a certain degree of independent intellectual property rights. This paper concentrates on the strategic goals, the strategic emphases, and the strategic significations of the non-grid-connected wind power development in order to provide valuable consulting services for the diversified development of China's wind power industry.
