摘要
This study describes the migration of bisphenol A from the cans to the food content through experimental tests using internal lacquered cans full of distilled water. Bisphenol A concentrations ranged between 3 and 320 mu g.L-1 and increased with the increment of the storage duration, the temperature of storage and the temperature of sterilization. The highest concentrations were found in the set and sterilized cans. If such concentrations were found in canned foods, they could give rise to toxicological effects on the consumer.
