摘要
In recent years, composites represented by carbon fibre reinforced plastic (CFRP) are gradually applied to the manufacturing of hydraulic cylinder parts and components. To connect different kind of materials, convenience of maintaining or disassembly, structural integrity of composites and material utilization should be taken into consideration. In this paper, on the basis of summarizing the technology and achievements related to composite cylinders, a new method called inlaid connection, which can be applied during the CFRP hydraulic cylinder's manufacturing, is proposed in order to improve disassembly's convenience, connection's reliability, material's utilization rate and structural integrity.
