摘要：
Polarization effects are considered in deuteron breakup and in backward elastic deuteron-proton scattering. The use of a polarized proton target opens new possibilities for obtaining reliable information about the deuteron wave function and about nucleon-nucleon amplitudes. Attention is focused primarily on observables associated with the polarization of a proton target.
