摘要
The electronic products designed for commercial use must satisfy international Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) standards. The radiated emissions (RE) measurement is one of the tests that are mandatory in a full qualification stage in order to validate an electronic product for series production. This paper is a practical approach to help the engineers working in the EMC automotive area find the area with problems from their project layout. We present results obtained in a semi-anechoic chamber (standardized far field test) in comparison with a nearfield scanning technique. The magnetic near-field data are measured by using EMSCAN system and acquired data are used for finding the the source of emissions. In far field we use: a measuring receiver and radiated emissions antennas: monopole, biconical, log-periodic and horn, but in this case we do not have information about the source of emissions.
