摘要：

According to the state and momentum theory, the paper constructs the E-commerce niche state and momentum model. Then apply the model to the typical 13213 E-commerce enterprises Alibaba and hc360. This model can provide an effective approach and new ideas for the competition situation assessment of E-commerce enterprises.
