摘要
A number of different in- and on-line near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy systems have been Walled and used for the measurement of milk powder composition. These systems are reviewed, alongside some of the challenges and results from the different installations. Fourier-transform NIR systems can reliably measure the moisture, fat and protein composition of milk powder in-line.
