摘要:
The aim of this study consists in identifying solutions for preparing future language teachers according to the issues identified in the practice of teaching. The theoretical framework of the study emphasizes the role of innovative initial training of teachers in the context of the new requirements and challenges of the didactic career. The solutions are generated in connection with difficulties and problems of this stage in connection to the pedagogical component of initial training of teachers. The methodological part integrates an exploratory research based on a. semi-structured interview to identify the perceptions of 102 language teachers' trainers from the Romanian education concerning the solutions to improve the initial training programmes. The research results allow a specific representation of solutions for improving language teachers' initial training.
