摘要
The effect of radiation bandwidth on the heterodyne detection process is discussed. We show that, although neglected in current formalisms, the spectral changes induced by the scattering process are decreasing the heterodyne detection efficiency. This effect depends on the bandwidth of the radiation used. (C) 2004 Optical Society of America.
