摘要
Educational services as a typical training service center are facing own difficulties to improve the quality of their services. Six Sigma is used as a quality conductive methodology to achieve the expected objectives that was aimed. Scarce investigates were done in service firms especially in educational systems. Six Sigma experts have mentioned many reasons why this approach is not used in academic institute. One of the most important of such reasons is that factors affecting implementation of Six Sigma projects in this kind of organization are unknown. This article points to identify the Critical Success Factors of Six Sigma projects in educational services. In this research, Critical Success Factors (CSFs) of Six Sigma projects were identified through library studies (literature on the subject) and the experimental data that were collected by interviewing the experts and scholars in the field of academic services and universities. Next, the statistical data of research were collected using questionnaire, and finally, the CSFs were implemented to Six Sigma projects in the field of academic services. Factor Analysis approach was employed to identify the CSFs of Six Sigma in educational services.
