摘要
The target of the paper is to justify; the fact that the learning experience development of the pupil of mental age disorder is influenced by the inner environment of the special education establishment. Basing on the theoretical sources and the personal work experience at special boarding primary school, it is important to revere the interaction of the factors of inner and outer environment, in order the pupils and the grownups in this environment have the opportunity to make their own experience. In the basis of the experience there is the knowledge that is gained during the practice, but during the further towards the pupil oriented learning process the practice is supplemented by knowledge. That occurs within focused leadership of a grownup and during cooperation of the grownup and the contemporaries, by all means taking into account what the pupil of mental age disorder has achieved within the previous cycles of his life.
