摘要
According to those problems existing in performance evaluation of knowledge transfer among supply chain enterprises. this paper combines principal component analysis method with analytic hierarchy process and on the basis of survey of the study on knowledge transfer performance evaluation, the paper establishes a performance evaluation index system of knowledge transfer among supply chain enterprises, which is from five aspects contains cost of enterprise knowledge, stock of enterprise knowledge, capabilities of enterprise knowledge sharing, exchange capabilities of the outside enterprises information and condition of enterprise knowledge integration. On this basis using the Weighted Principal Component to carry on performance comprehensive evaluation of knowledge transfer among supply chain enterprises. Finally, an example illustrates the application of the Weighted Principal Component Analysis method has some practical value on performance evaluation of knowledge transfer in supply chain.
