摘要
In this paper a non-isolated single switch, high stepup dc-dc boost converter based on quadratic converters is presented. A coupled inductor with two winding is employed to achieve high voltage gain to feed the micro inverter. This converter consists of a power switch, a coupled-inductor and four diodes. The energy stored in the leakage inductor of the coupled inductor can be recycled through the passive voltage clamp that is connected to power switch. Therefore the spike on the power switch is decreased. High voltage gain and simple structure is made the suggested structure useful for renewable energy applications. Continues conduction mode operation (CCM) and voltage and current stress of the semiconductors of the proposed converter are discussed. Finally, simulation results are presented to justify the validity of the analysis.
