摘要：

Copolymerization of alpha-methacryloyl-omega-phenyl poly (ethylene oxide)(PEO) macromers with methyl methacrylate(MMA) in toluene using AIBN as initiator was studied, The effects of amount of initiator, total monomer concentration, reaction time and charging ratio of the macromer to MMA on the composition and molecular weight of the graft copolymer were studied, The purified copolymer was characterized with IR, H-1 NMR, DSC and GPC. Microphase separated structure of the copolymer was observed with TEM and the antithrombogenic properties were evaluated.
