摘要
We demonstrate tunable third-harmonic generation (THG) using a multimode microcavity. The silicon-oxide wedge-resonator is pumped around 1550 nm telecom band and generates tunable THG (512-520 nm) with a collected power efficiency of 10(-5). (C) 2016 Optical Society of America
