摘要
Concentrations of total arsenic (As) and of As species were determined by HG-AFS and HPLC-HG-AFS in Pteris vittata L. grown on As ectopic remediation site revealed that As was predominantly stored as arsenite (As(III)) in the rhizomes, stems and fronds of P. vittata. In the P. vittata's root tissue, some of the originally applied arsenate (As(V)) had been reduced to As(III).
