摘要
Melanoma is a slowly growing malignancy, with potential distant metastasis at various sites. In this article, we reported three original cases of melanoma metastases in the upper urinary tract, and we achieved a literature review. Symptoms are inconstant and non-specific (pain or haematuria). Nephroureterectomy is performed in the majority of cases. Even if this metastatic location remains uncommon, it should be timely detected in order to allow an appropriate management and to improve the prognostic of melanoma. (C) 2012 Elsevier Masson SAS.
