摘要：

The one-pot reaction of glyoxylic acid hydrate with diphenyl phosphine and a heretocyclic primary amine in methanol results in formation of first examples of N-hererocyclic -diphenylphosphinoglycines bearing imidazo[4,5-d]-pyrimidine-6-yl, 4,6-dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl, pyridine-2-yl and pyridine-3-yl substituents.
