摘要
With the widespread use of information technology, the amount of online information available on a subject can be overwhelming and overburden students. They are lost among such a large volume of data related to a single subject: calendars or academic events, practice groups, continuous evaluation lists, seminar lists, opening or closing process of these lists, classroom exercises, reviews, daily activities schedule, contents of each face-to-face theoretical or practical lesson, academically guided activities, deadlines for task performances or deliveries, classroom notes, problem lists, exams of previous years, seminars, tutorial and collective tutorial sessions,... Such a volume of data is usually counter-productive, and in the end, the most relevant is hidden among too much information. Hence, it is necessary to organize all this information and present it orderly and chronologically, distinguishing the most relevant, showing alerts, analysing and filtering the information. In short, a tool is indispensable to help the students to collect, sort and filter all information about the subject. In this work, we will show how to organize and display in an orderly manner all the available information about a subject in a web site. We will need to index the contents with labels which indicate the subject, publication date, importance level and any other information the teacher considers relevant to order or location, directly or with an auxiliary log table. It will be shown according to the filters and order that the student wants, with alerts or marks to indicate the most important. In particular, we will see how to do it and how it works in a specific web site of the University of Jaen, in a platform where all the contents of some university degree courses are hosted, we will show how it works, and we will see how the student can consult any information related to his/her subject in the form described. The tool will be a virtual manager of this information, filtered, in the order he/she wants, highlighting the most important events. It will allow the student to show the information in the way that he/she wishes, as a calendar, as a list of pending tasks, as a succession of past or future events with alerts.
