摘要：

In this article, by considering a 2 + 1 dimensional discrete non-isospectral linear problem, a new 2 + I dimensional integrable lattice hierarchy is constructed. It is shown that a generalization of the discrete second Painleve hierarchy can be obtained as a reduction. Other reductions include new 1 + I dimensional integrable lattice hierarchies.
