摘要
We outlined a method to modify the surfaces of aspheric lenses and mirrors in order to achieve super resolution. Using a non-paraxial field propagation theory it is demonstrated that its on-axis Point Spread Function (PSF) transversal size can be reduced depending on certain pre-defined functions.
