Change Data Sharing to Sharing Service

Today, informatization enters times of integration whether the Information systems that have run or new systems that will be developed consist of many sub-systems developed by many companies or research institutions. These sub-systems are integrated to a large system for sharing information and policy decision. The key problem of information system integration is data integration of the information systems. The ultimate goal of data integration is that one application system can access data from other application systems expediently. The way of accessing data should be real-time according to needs and has a uniform accessing interface. Uniform service platform of data accessing is an idea based on SOA, which is cross-platform having nothing with data source, supporting all kinks of data, having flexible designer of business logic process and having uniform service interfaces as well as modes. The uniform service platform replaces sharing data with sharing service. The problems are removed in data consistency maintenance and needing deeply intervention of application system designers or developers.
