摘要：
Today, heart transplantation is a viable treatment option for end-stage disease for patients at almost any age. This article discusses the current information related to caring for heart transplant patients. Topics covered include pathophysiology, workup, waiting list, preparation, procedure, rejection, infection, complications, and nursing care.
