摘要
The optical and structural properties of silver (semi-continuous and continuous) layers on optical polymer (PET) deposited by electron beam evaporation were investigated at different growth stages. The experimental results have shown that thermal annealing of discontinuous silver layers at temperatures close to the polymer glassing temperatures brings to formation of nanostructured interface.
