摘要
We proposed a novel idea of all-optical 2x4 decoder using external cavity self-injection locked Fabry-Perot laser diode. The realization is based on the combination of different logical units using the injection locking phenomenon in Fabry-perot laser diode. Clear output spectrum diagrams and waveform diagrams for all four conditions of 2x4 decoder is presented at the data rate of 10 Gbps.
