摘要：
Faecal incontinence is a common condition in childhood. It is often associated with constipation. Children affected by faecal incontinence may be suffering from pre-existing anorectal/spinal conditions. However, idiopathic functional incontinence is Hot uncommon. This article reviews the epidemiolooy, clinical features and recent advances in diagnosis and treatment of faecal incontinence in children.
