摘要
The article examines the modern specifics of the formation of soft skills among students of higher education, taking into account the transformation of approaches to the training of future specialists and the objective changes in the social and economic environment that occur under the influence of globalization and impose new requirements on professional activity. It was determined that soft skills do not have a universal interpretation due to their significant differentiation depending on the field of professional training. A system of soft skills for higher education graduates has been formed, which is the most in-demand in the modern labour market for higher education graduates. It is proposed to consider soft skills as critical competencies of future specialists in the process of their professional training.
