摘要
The bidding process in electricity market with the deregulation of both generation and distribution is studied and the optimal bidding strategies from a buyer's point of view based on the theory of static games of incomplete information are presented in this paper. A variable c is introduced to make sure that market clearing price (MCP) has the same meaning for both buyer and other participants in the market. Pure and mixed strategies are developed respectively according to buyer's payoff(s). The bidding strategies for a simplified market model are given. The simulation results show the correctness of proposed methods.
