Abdominal venous thrombosis is often an underdiagnosed entity. It was a retrospective study, the patients aged between 42 and 92 years were diagnosed with abdominal venous thrombosis. The location of abdominal venous thrombosis was 41.2% of the portal vein, 21.05% of the vena cava, 10.52% Budd-Chiari syndrome, 5.26% of the renal vein, 5.26% of the spleen vein, and multiple sites 15.78%. Clinical manifestations, causal disease and complications were assessed.
