摘要
Quantitative detection of fluorescence immunoassay is widely used in clinical detection. For this reason, through a reasonable design of optoelectronic circuits real-time detection system, designing a set of fully functional fluorescence immunochromatographic quantitative detection system is necessary, which integrates a large number of peripheral modules, including fluorescence signal collecting, motion control, fluorescence signal processing data, quantitative curve fining and testing results. After the improved threshold wavelet demising through experiments, the system performance is very good, quantitative results are accurate. So, the system of fluorescence analysis has a vital significance.
