摘要
Neuronal ion channels are directly associated in vivo with a wide variety of proteins. New classes of channel-associated proteins have been identified recently, including the PSD-95/SAP90 family of channel-clustering molecules acid components of the synaptic vesicle release machinery. Recent findings suggest that non-pore-forming subunits of ion channels may also have cell biological functions independent of their effects on channel electrophysiological properties.
