摘要
The sheared toroidal rotation driven by non-uniform radial electric field can essentially affect on a bootstrap current profile near the edge E-shear layer in the toroidal systems. The high E-r and pressure gradients would generate the strong peaking off-axis bootstrap current and naturally sustain the hollow current density profile.
