摘要：
This paper describes the a methodology for controlling the process in a software firm, and presents its application to a software company. The modeling procedures uses object oriented modeling and Activity Based Costing to build a virtuous circle that validates the process model during the process execution (enactment). Process control derives from the empowerment of the personnel and the feedback channel established by the modeling methodology.
