摘要：
With the introduction of modern fibrinolysis and the associated possibility of the rapid onset of effect, the use of such drugs, which was previously limited to the application under hospital conditions, could be extended to the emergency medicine sector. Under hospital conditions, fibrinolytic therapy is used in acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), in acute massive pulmonary embolism with hemodynamic instability, and in ischemic stroke. The following article gives an overview of established indications and also an outlook of possible use in emergency medicine.
