摘要
Two thirds of China's industrial workers are migrant workers. By 2012, the number of new generation migrant workers in China has been more than two hundred million. However, the vocational skills training for this group can directly affect the industry modernization process as well as the economic and social development in China. Therefore, we must pay much attention to this issue from the view of strategy. From the perspective of public management, the main tasks of governments at all levels to implement the vocational skills training project for new migrant workers are making training plans for them, increasing the government investment, contributing to the diversification of sources of investment, creating good environment, setting up long-term mechanism and providing full services. As for this, this paper has done some meaningful exploration.
