摘要
Organizations operating in tourism mean the driving forces in regional development and therefore their importance arises especially in stagnant areas in tourism development. In the first part, the paper is focused on the cartographic localization of cluster and further initiatives in the tourism industry in Slovakia in conjunction with legislative conditions. Through the Development Index, the indicators of tourism performance are analyzed and using them, the potential of Nitra Region and the Topolcany district is evaluated due to the formation of subject in the form of cluster initiative. The main part of the paper discusses the model of creation and cooperation of involved parts within the group along with the target priorities and activities necessary for development of the region. The aim of the paper is to point out the arising space and need for establishment of tourism organization in the Topolcany district with the engagement of particular parties.
