摘要：

Methods for preparing derivatives of a new heterosystem - pyrano-[3'',4'':5',6']pyrido[3',2':4,5]furo[3,2-d]pyrimidine - were developed on the basis of 2-oxo-3-cyano derivatives of pyrano[4,3-b]pyridine. The anticonvulsive activity of the compounds synthesized here was studied. These had weak anticorasol properties, which were not accompanied by sedative or myorelaxant effects, which is a positive property of this class of compounds.
