摘要：

This paper gives the concept of Business Process Management (BPM) and the core characteristics of BPM. After discussing the main components of BPM and three different levels of BPM, the paper concludes that Business Process Management is a holistic approach of management to help enterprises improve performance and increase competitiveness.
