摘要
In this paper, an ultra-sensitive sensor based on a flower-shaped graphene resonator is presented. The proposed structure at 10.465 THz provides perfect absorption of 99.96% with a Q-factor of 15.88. The absorption peak of this absorber provides a considerable frequency shift by changing the dielectric material of the spacer layer while maintaining perfect absorption. The basic parameters of the proposed sensor, which is a refractive index sensor, were simulated and calculated by adding a test medium (analyte) and changing the refractive index of this medium from 1 to 1.6 with steps of 0.1. The results of simulations and calculations showed that the proposed sensor has an ultra-sensitivity with an average of 3.923 THz/RIU. In addition, the average Q-factor and FoM of the proposed sensor are 14.92 and 6.111, respectively. The combination of features provided by this RI sensor makes it suitable for biomedical sensing applications. Among the biomedical sensors, the performance of the proposed sensor for the early detection of cancer was evaluated and the results showed that the proposed sensor is a good candidate in these field.
