Optical and electrical properties of the CdS/PbS Thue-Morse and Fibonacci superlattices at visible UV regions

摘要
The Thue-Morse and Fibonacci CdS/PbS superlattices have been prepared by the pulse laser evaporation in vacuum. The CdS/PbS superlattice is a staggered type-II superlattice with non-overlapping band gaps at room temperature and with overlapping band gaps at 77 K. The step-like character of a density of stares is observed in optical spectrum. The spectra of the Thue-Morse and Fibonacci superlattices are different but selfsimilar.
