摘要
The piezoelectric tube stack structure is proposed in this paper. The radial vibration of piezoelectric tube stack is analyzed by finite element analysis (FEA). First, the single piezoelectric tube is modeled and simulated in air and water by FEA. Then the relationships between the radial vibration resonant frequency, bandwidth in air and tube radius, thickness, height are researched. The change rules of resonant frequency and bandwidth in water are studied. Based on the above work, the piezoelectric tube stack is modeled and simulated in water. The transmitting response voltage and bandwidth are calculated. The results show that the sensitivity and bandwidth of tube stack are better than single tube.
