摘要：

In this paper, the simplest equation method has been used for finding the exact solutions of three nonlinear evolution equations, namely the Vakhnenko-Parkes equation, the generalized regularized long wave equation and the symmetric regularized long wave equation. All three of these equations arise in fluids science, so finding their exact solutions is of great importance. (C) 2012 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
