摘要：

This paper has two parts. The longest goes through the legislative reforms of the year, the last of the past legislature, related to fundamental rights, Constitutional Court and Public administration. The second part takes account of the electoral results and its immediate consequences. And finally it reviews the situation in Catalonia.
