摘要
In this research, the relationship between the four dimensions of the transformational leadership style, which includes ideational influence, inspirational motivation, subjective persuasion and individual considerations, has been analized with the communicational performance of the staff. The results of Pearson correlation test showed that there is a meaningful relationship between Transformational leadership and communicational performance. Also, Investigate the relationship between dimensions of transformational leadership and communicational performance showed that individual consideration and mental persuasion are correlated with communicational performance.
