ANALYSIS OF WIND-INDUCED VIBRATION RESPONSE OF BEAM STRING STRUCTURES

摘要
Due to the comparative flexibility and relatively small integral stiffness, the analysis of wind-induced vibration response has become a key problem to the design of beam string structure (BSS). Taking an one-way BSS and a crossways BSS with the span 60 m and 60 m x 60 m respectively as computational examples, the autoregressive-type simulation method is used. The effectively artificial wind speed processes with remarkable time and space correlation are generated by programming Matlab, and then are transformed into wind load time history. Afterwards, nonlinear analysis is carried out based on the FEM model of these two examples established by ANSYS. The wind-induced vibration response and suggested values of wind induced vibration coefficient of vertical displacement are also given. The influences of dead load and cable pretension on wind-induced vibration coefficient of vertical displacement for one-way BSS are further investigated. The conclusions obtained may be useful to the design of wind resistance in similar projects.
