On-line fault diagnosis and prediction of hoist braking system

摘要
Based on the analysis of mechanism of hoist braking invalidation, an on-line fault and prediction approach of hoist braking system is presented. In this on-line system, information acquisition and output are illustrated. As to typical fault, blockage piston in vessel, an entire 3-step diagnosis procedure is addressed, which takes advantage of multiple evidences more effectively and then obtains more accurate diagnosis results. Finally, a proper fault prediction model is settled using wavelet neural network, and a corresponding prediction result is then provided.
