摘要:
Volume is an important index in Mango classification. The estimation method based on machine vision is an effective way in fruit volume estimation because of no damage. A Mango volume estimation algorithm based on machine vision is proposed. The Mango image is first transferred into binary image via thresholding segmentation. And then the intercept area of the Mango image is obtained based on the ping pang image. The Mango volume is estimation by the method of least square based on the intercept area. The experiments show that the errors of estimation volume only 3.93%. This volume estimation algorithm should promote the effect of Mango classification.
