A Method for Airborne Sensor Management Based on Discrete Fuzzy Bayesian Network

摘要
Airborne sensor resource allocation is related to the factors in an air combat which include uncertainty of target data, target threat and task priority, etc. In this paper, a method for airborne sensor management based on discrete fuzzy Bayesian network (DFBN) is presented. DFBN method utilizes causalities in an air combat situation to found a network. Probabilistic reasoning among the network is carried out by using evidence variables to allocate the sensor resource. An air combat scenario simulation used to compare this method with the information gain (IG) method is given. The simulation results indicate that compared with IG method, DFBN method is able to allocate more sensor resource to the target which is at a higher thread level to meet the requirements of detecting and tracking in a multi-target environment.
